Bio
Michelle Fraling is a former Skadden Fellow and Campaign Manager with the American Civil Liberties Union.
As a Skadden Fellow with the ACLU Ruth Bader Ginsburg Center for Liberty, Michelle litigated cases on behalf of veterans, the LGBTQ+ community, and people with disabilities. Prior to her fellowship, Michelle served as a Campaign Manager with the ACLU National Political Advocacy Department where she designed and implemented federal advocacy campaigns to reform government surveillance authorities and combat discrimination.
Michelle is a proud Baltimore native, currently living in Washington D.C. She received her J.D. from YaleLaw School and graduated magna cum laude from Cornell University with a B.A. in Government.
