Bio

Tanvi Kohli is a legal intern for the Human Rights Program at the American Civil Liberties Union. At Stanford Law School, she has served as co-President of the Stanford Immigration & Human Rights Law Association, President of the Middle Eastern and South Asian Law Students Association, and as a student attorney in the Stanford International Human Rights and Conflict Resolution Clinic. During law school, she has interned at the Stanford Center for Racial Justice, the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights, and EarthRights International.

Tanvi received a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis. Prior to law school, she worked at the Consortium for Gender, Security, and Human Rights, provided direct services for survivors of torture, refugees, and asylum seekers at the Boston Center for Refugee Health and Human Rights, and completed a Fulbright-Nehru research grant.
